For the rest of the cities, it will take up to 5 working days

When you choose open parcel delivery, keep in notice that PKR 300 will be added to your order. The way you should check the box is by looking at its overall condition. What is the process of open parcel delivery?
When the rider delivers your order, you will confirm the package in front of the rider. After this, it is mandatory that you give your CNIC picture and signature when asked. If the product is missing or damaged by any means, you can give it back to the rider. Once it is received by us, we will start the refunding process. For a return, you will have to write a clear and reasonable statement.
