Shopkitor comprises terms and conditions that need to be accepted to use our website. The terms and conditions are agreed upon if you continue to use our website. Moreover, the terms and conditions apply to all of the different services, pages, and products that you see on our website.  

Right to changes  

Shopkitor has the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any stage in time. We can modify, change, reduce, or add elements to our terms and conditions. The changes will be in effect and posted on the website once they are confirmed. Furthermore, the notification will also be led out to all of our users who have signed our newsletter. The alert notification will also appear on our website so that every user is knowledgeable of our terms and conditions. By continuing to use our website, you will automatically agree to the changes made to the terms and conditions of our website.  

Usage of the website  

To use our website, you should be 18 years old. If you are not 18 years old, you should continue using our website under the supervision of an adult nearby. Some services require personal information to be filled out before moving ahead. This act should also be done by an adult with full authority and knowledge of the rightful information about the service or act you are going to proceed with.  

Using our website for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Moreover, you cannot use our website if you are a third party on behalf of the user. If this is the case, it should be notified to us strictly beforehand. The terms and conditions of our website are subjective to the person making them.  

Certain features are only available if you register on our website. To register on our website, you will have to provide us with the information that is needed. Moreover, if there are any changes to the information that you have provided, you should change it immediately on our website as well. You are the holder of your username and password on our website. Hence, you will be held responsible if any changes or actions are taken from your account. You should not share your password and username with anyone.  

If there is any illegal activity carried out from your account that was not done under your supervision, you can contact Shopkitor.  

Submissions were given to the website  

If there are any submissions given to the website, it will become a part of the website and will declare our property. It might or might not be given back to the person who originally gave it. We have the right to reserve the name of the individual who presented it as well as the information given to use it along the way or for reviews.  

Price beating policy  

Shopkitor ensures to give our customers some of the best deals. Hence, most of the prices for our products are reasonable. However, you may see a slight increase in the prices of some products. This can be a result of numerous reasons such as a low stock. 

Fair shopping policy  

Shopkitor has a business-to-customer model. Our main focus is to help our customers purchase a phone for a good price that fits their needs the best. Our customers can get one phone per month to avoid any fraud and abuse of our policies. This also helps us to keep a business-to-customer model as we do not supply bulk products. Furthermore, we also only ship to individual customers, not mobile phone stores or businesses.  

We have a different policy for corporate orders. Shopkitor is aware of the different requirements of corporate orders and we have a unique shipping method as well. Therefore, if you have a corporate order with shipping, you can contact us to assist you accordingly.  

Return policy  

The products from Shopkitor can be replaced or returned within the following conditions: 

  • The product is different than seen on the website. 
  • The product is damaged or defective. 

Shipping and cancellation policy  

  • Shopkitor provide fast and secure delivery services in all cities of Pakistan. However, the delivery time is different for all the cities. The time taken to deliver to Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, and Lahore is 24 to 48 hours (about 2 days). In the rest of the cities, the delivery time is 5 working days. The time of all our deliveries is from 9 am to 8 pm. We have open box delivery where PKR 300 is added and self-pick-up options as well.  
  • Moreover, Shopkitor also sends a video of your product through email for you to see. We also send a tracking number to your registered email and SMS. When the parcel is received, the recipient should provide a CNIC to the rider for security reasons and should sign the delivery document provided by the rider. 
  • Once you receive your parcel, you should check the external conditions of the box. If any damages are visible and concerning, you can give it back to the rider and we will replace it in a few days. Moreover, you should take a video of opening the package so that it can be held as evidence and compare it with the video we sent you. 
  • You cannot change your order once you have placed it. However, you can change the color and storage of the device before paying for shipment. Furthermore, you cannot change your delivery address once you have placed an order. You will have to cancel it and re-order it again.  
  • If you want to cancel your order, you can call our helpline. However, the processing fee will not be refunded. If you have made a pre-payment or online digital payment, that will be returned to you using the same method. For those conditions where your order has been shipped, you can refuse to accept it from the rider.  
  • Shopkitor is not held responsible if the order or shipment is delayed. We are also not held responsible for any kind of loss such as if the recipient was not contactable. We will always contact our customers and give them an update on their orders.  

Warranty Policy 

All of the phones on our website have a one-year warranty. You can claim this at any brand warranty center in Pakistan. Moreover, you can also check the warranty of your mobile phone on our page. The rest accessories such as earbuds, tablets, and smart watches do not have a warranty unless it is specified for the specific item.  

Open parcel policy  

Shopkitor always looks out for customers and aims to establish a trustable link with all of our customers. Therefore, we have an option of an open parcel policy which allows you to confirm your order in the best possible way. In this process, you will be able to open the parcel before paying the rider.

Once the rider is at your doorstep, you will open the parcel in front of the rider before payment. You will confirm if the order is right and in the best condition. If the order is correct, the rider will take your signature and a copy of your CNIC.  

If you choose open parcel as your delivery method, you will have to pay an additional PKR 300. While checking, you should not break the seal of the box and look inside. You should look at the authenticity of the product and business from the exterior end. This method is available for specific cities such as Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Karachi. This option will not be available if you choose your item to be delivered through third parties such as TCS or LCS. 

Refund policy  

The refund process will start once the refund form is filled out by the customer. The returns take about 3 to 5 working days. For order cancellation, the processing fee will not be refunded. The refund will take more or less time depending on the method of payment.
