Return Policy
Shopkitor ensures that all of our products are delivered in the best condition possible. Our team checks all of our orders and seals them so that any problem can be assessed right there. If there are any measures that require a refund or return, we offer that as well. Our return or refund policy is initiated when there is a valid reason provided. Our return team looks into the issues and aims to resolve them as soon as possible.
The time taken for return
For a bank refund, it will take 2 to 5 working days. For COD or cash on delivery, it will take 4 to 10 working days. For card refunds either debit or credit, it will take 5 to 15 working days. For HBL Konnect, it will take 2 to 10 working days. For installment plans, it will take 5 to 15 working days, and not Nife-E-Option, it will take 2 to 5 working days.
Policies required for return
Shopkitor accepts refunds or returns when the product has any defects if the seal has been broken upon receiving, and if it is the wrong product sent to you. For any of these circumstances, you can contact our team. We request our customers to make a video of opening the package so that it can be sent as proof if the item is damaged or any other issue.The return policy will take 3 to 5 working days to fix the problem.
Order cancellation
If the order is canceled by the customer then the processing fee will not be refunded back. For pre-payment orders or digital payments, the money will be refunded through the method you used. This takes about 15 to 20 working days.
